Specialized Winter Series - Round 1 - Hopton |

Foel DH Riders were well
represented at the start of the 2005 Specialized Winter
Series. Our very own Wayne Appleby just missing the podium
by 3 seconds to take a well earned 4th place. A further
shout goes out to Barry and Joe for very respectable top
20 positions.

Lynda Davies and the Parkinson brothers get snapped up by
Team Ticket2RideBC / NWMTB.com for 2006 |

Foel Gasnach regulars
Lynda Davies and the Parkinson brothers have hooked up with
the Ticket2RideBC / NWMTB.com race team for 2006. The team
will recieve shop support from Andy Kyffin at the North
West MTB Centre and presumably get some good holiday opportunities
out of T2R. Look out for them training up Foel G and at
the races this season.

A sad day for cycling |
|

|
Our thoughts are with
our friends at Rhyl Cycling Club at this sad time. Thomas
Harland, Maurice Broadbent, Wayne Wilkes and Dave Horrocks
were involved in a tragic accident on Sunday 8th January.
Our condolences and prayers go out to their family and friends.

FDHR Club Jerseys |

Ok, it looks like we've
got a design for the new Club race jersey. Colours and sponsors
are yet to be finalised, but we should have them sorted
ready for this seasons events. We are also awaiting samples
from several manufacturers, so we are well on our way to
being the 'pimpest' looking Club out there!
We'll let you know how much they will be as soon as we have
settled on a manufacturer. |
